The focus of the weekend will be on slowing down to allow our connection with the natural world to unfold, so that we can draw energy from the elements of earth, water, fire and air.

Through a combination of asanas, pranayama and guided mindfulness practices, the stresses of everyday life will melt away and you will rediscover your natural state of calm and equilibrium.

Some prior knowledge of yoga would be an advantage, but beginners are also welcome.
