Sue Woolley

Sue has been teaching yoga for more than 25 years and holds British Wheel of Yoga and Ruth White 500 hour teaching diplomas, as well as certificates in Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Reiki.

​

She has developed a style that integrates body, mind and spirit by focusing on our deep connection with the natural world around us.

​

Her sessions are a balance of hatha, yin, pranayama, mindfulness and deep relaxation.

​

The practice can lead to greater ease of movement, clarity of mind and more restful sleep.

​

She is able to modify the practice to help each student achieve their full potential and experience a sense of well-being.

​

She also teaches mindfulness meditation, which she considers to be the piece of the jigsaw that is often missing in yoga.
