About the Event
We will start the day of Pilates by looking at the importance of your Feet, the role they play in gait patterning and how you can improve your posture and strength from the feet up.
We will develop the theme throughout the day using a variety of Pilates and movement-based exercises, working from the feet up through the legs, the deep centre body, and finally the upper body.
You will leave the day of Pilates feeling relaxed, nicely worked and stretched and hopefully with a better understanding of not only your feet, but the role they play in whole body movement.
