The longer days and darker nights of winter can sometimes leave us feeling sluggish and unmotivated mentally and physically.
This day retreat aims to restore your healthy energy flow. Through warming yoga practices, nourishing food and deep relaxation you will unwind and recharge, rebalancing your body’s equilibrium.
The mornings yoga practice will build to a warming slow flow. Following a healthy but indulgent lunch the second part of the day will gradually wind down to a calming restorative practice and finish with deep relaxation leaving you rebalanced and rejuvenated.
