Summer Wellness Yoga Retreat with Sue Woolley

Set aside some time for yourself on this summer retreat, designed to help you slow down, find more space, de-stress and replenish depleted energy levels, both physical and mental.

The weekend will include:

• Yin & Yang yoga (that can be adapted to suit all levels of experience)
• Breathwork to calm the nervous system and improve lung health
• Meditations to truly connect us to nature and the elements
• Deep, restful relaxation
• Delicious healthy food

The yoga asana sessions will be a balance of yang (energetic) and yin (passive) sequences, using bolsters, blocks and belts, all of which are provided.

In the afternoons, we will learn to live more mindfully, with guided practices that take our focus to what is unfolding in the present moment.
