As winter gives way to Spring and the earth awakens, we embrace change by letting go of the old and welcoming the new.
After a day of revitalising yoga postures, calm breathing and deep relaxation, you will feel rested, refreshed and revitalised.
Spring is the time when the world around us wakes up and bursts into life. Flowers bloom, trees comes into leaf, birdsong fills the air....
In this day of hatha yoga, we will align ourselves with this surge of energy through the practice of asanas (physical postures), pranayama (specific breathing), chanting, visualisation, affirmations and deep rest.
You will leave feeling more energised, balanced and clearer in your intentions.
