The yoga on this weekend retreat is suitable for all levels though some experience would be beneficial.

The sessions will include a variety of styles, hatha yoga with particular focus on anatomy and alignment, a stronger slow vinyasa flow and restorative yoga all balanced to leave you feeling energised, revitalised and finally relaxed.

Modifications to poses will be offered whenever necessary ensuring that everyone receives the attention they need to enjoy the full benefits of their practice.
