About the Event
As winter approaches and the natural world begins to slow down, it makes perfect sense to reflect this in a day of restorative yoga to help strengthen the immune system against coughs, colds and chills.
In this one-day workshop, in the warm, nurturing surroundings of Brightlife, we will prepare for our winter journey by embracing a slower, quieter, deeper and more reflective practice. Slow, deep asanas (physical postures) will stoke our inner fire. Soothing pranayama (breath-work) will quieten the nervous system. Chanting, quiet meditations and restorative relaxation will still the whirlings of the mind.
You will emerge with an inner glow to light you through the days ahead.
