A comprehensive tour of the body offering insight into how to work each physical region effectively, deeply yet safely.
This full day of yoga is designed to help you build and maintain strength and stability whilst simultaneously helping to improve focus and stamina. Using various styles of yoga and breathing techniques we will journey through the body over this day long retreat.
Starting with an awakening morning practice we will slowly progress to end the day with a fully restorative session of relaxation and meditation.
You will leave rejuvenated yet relaxed having found the balance of effort and ease both physically and mentally.
