Nicola has taught Pilates since 2003. Her knowledge stems from her experience as a professional dancer.
Having trained at London Studio Centre, and subsequently following a career in dance, she also qualified as a fitness instructor in 1993.
Seeing first hand the benefits of Pilates in not only improving and maintaining fitness, but also in recuperation and recovery from injury, Nicola was inspired to attain the internationally recognised level 3 Pilates Mat-work and Reformer qualifications in 2003; she is also trained to teach Ante and Post Natal Pilates.
Nicola is a member of International MK Pilates and fit pro.
Clients of all ages and abilities have benefited from Nicola’s coaching, as well as those of limited ability or recovering from injury.
