Julie Collins is an award-winning artist who has been shortlisted for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, London; the Sunday Times Watercolour Exhibition, London: the ING Discerning Eye, London; Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours, London: Royal Watercolour Society, London; Royal West of England Academy, Bristol; Society of Women Artists, London.

 

Julie exhibits widely in the UK and Internationally and her work is in collections worldwide. Sir Peter Blake and the late art critic, Brian Sewell selected her work for several prestigious London Exhibitions.

 

Julie is a successful art author who has worked freelance for the Artist magazine since 1999. To date she has written six art books, including the highly regarded “Colour Demystified”, which was published in 2021 and is a complete guide to mixing and using watercolours.
