Jess has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and sharing the practice as a teacher for over 7 years.

Jess's love of sharing the practice of yoga stems from her desire to help people draw inwards, for longevity and for simply just some YOU time as we now live in a crazy fast paced world.

Through the practice of Yoga, Jess's aim is to remind you how good the simplest of movement can feel within our body; not only how good it can feel but how important it is that we never take movement for granted and we take a vow to stay mobile and moving so we can stay independent and able throughout our lifespan.
