Reframe + Reset Retreat with Mira Manek

Join author, nutrition and Ayurveda expert Mira Manek for her first weekend retreat at Brightlife. You will learn about food, nutrition, the gut-brain connection and set your personal health goals together.

Mira will be teaching Pranayama, will combine elements of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping) and teach the principles of Ayurveda, all of which she has written about in her second book Prajna: Ayurvedic Rituals for Happiness.

You will also get a copy of her new book, Book of Chai, to be published in April 2024. Her three books are bestselling cookbook Saffron Soul, Prajna: Ayurvedic Rituals for Happiness and Book of Chai.

You’ll also get to try all of Mira’s chai flavours and get some samples to take home.
