In every good story or film there is a character struggling with life, or a situation they find themselves in. 

Usually, the character is living a mundane life, perhaps bored, unhappy - often oblivious to their talents and needs that could make life richer, fuller and more balanced. In the story they are forced to embark on a quest. During this quest they discover they are able to achieve far more than they had ever dreamed. They grow and learn about themselves and gain a bigger picture of the world around them. Skills are discovered that overcome the multiple challenges they face - eventually arriving at the end as the ‘Hero’ of the production, they get the job, the partner, the home …. they get the “happy ever after”.

Alison knows how difficult it can be when life keeps throwing hurdles, disappointments, temptations, and challenges at you. She understands the frustration and despair that can be felt when trying to find the path towards becoming the ‘Hero’ of your own life story. Fear, self-doubt, and every other negative emotion can cloud the path ahead.

During this fun, enlightening, structured two-day retreat Alison will take you on your very own ‘Hero’s’ journey of self-discovery, and awareness. This is achieved by following her unique proven wellbeing techniques, which have been extended to include exercises that incorporate the use of divination cards (Tarot and Oracle).
