ANNOUNCEMENT OF BRIGHTLIFE TEMPORARY CLOSURE
In light of the escalating situation with the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have taken the sad decision to close our doors to the public until further notice.
Although a decision not made lightly, we feel it is the most responsible thing to do. The safety of our guests, their families and our Brightlife team are paramount to us. We feel we must actively support the ‘social distancing’ guidelines as set out by the Government.
In the coming weeks, we will be contacting all our guests who have existing bookings to the 30th June 2020 to enable you to reschedule your appointments or receive a full refund. If we are still closed after 30th June 2020, for those bookings affected, we will be contacting you to reschedule or receive a full refund on a month my month basis. We do ask that you be patient with our staff at this time as we are operating a skeleton team.
We will endeavour to contact all our guests as soon as possible but if you try and contact us and are unable to get through via telephone, please do leave us a message including your name, number and booking date and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.
Our Gift Certificates and E-cards are non-refundable but will be honoured when we reopen. This includes any Certificates or E-cards that have exceeded their expiry date. Please note: no refunds will be given for gift certificates or E-cards.
Gift certificates and E-cards redeemed against existing bookings to 30th June will be re-credited back to your original gift certificate or E-card to be used when we reopen.
To all our customers who have visited us over the years, and who will hopefully continue to do so, we thank you deeply for your support and kindness during this challenging time. We look forward to welcoming you all back to Brightlife in the near future.
