Yoga, Mindfulness & More...

Whilst in lock down, a selection of our lovely presenters have kept spirits up by holding free Yoga and Mindfulness classes.


Gorgeous Yoga guru Victoria Adams has been holding regular yoga classes on a Tuesday morning and Thursday evening from the safety of her lounge.  We will be adding Victoria's sessions here on our website and also on our YouTube channel each week for you to enjoy.


Mike Kewley is on hand to help us find this inner calm and peace.  Mike has been holding Monday Morning Mindfulness classes where you can learn tools and techniques to achieve inner quiet and clarity.  Mike is a teacher of mindfulness, offering regular courses, workshops, retreats and one-to-one coaching. He has been exploring meditation and non-duality for over 20 years.

The fabulous Becky Walsh – although sadly unable to run her planned April workshop at Brightlife – shares a brilliant, inspirational message for all of us who are feeling a little ‘wobbly’ as to our purpose at this time and tells us how we can use our intuition to keep on track and feeling positive.

We can't wait to welcome Victoria, Mike and Becky back to Brightlife along with all our other presenters but for now - please keep checking for more videos each week and enjoy a small taste of what Brightlife offers, in your own home.
