All spa retreats must be paid for in full at time of booking.

DOUBLE TREATMENT ROOM
We have 1 double treatment room which you can request on booking should you wish to have a treatment in the same room as a friend or partner.
You will only ever share this treatment room with a friend, partner or, in the case of group bookings, someone from your group. However, if you would rather not, then please advise upon booking and we will do our best to accommodate this request, although unfortunately it cannot always be guaranteed on full occupancy days.
MUM'S TO BE
It is vital that mothers-to- be advise us when booking as some treatments will not be suitable for pregnant women. No treatments are permitted within the first trimester (12 weeks).
Use of the sauna and steam room are also not advised during pregnancy.
Cancellation within 48 hours/Non-attendance will incur a 100% charge for full and half day sessions.
COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations made due to suspected COVID-19, your booking can be transferred to a later date. If redeeming a Gift Certificate against your booking, this will be re credited to use again at a later date.
SPA STAYS - if cancelled within 2 weeks of your date of arrival, no refund will be given unless we are able to fill your vacancy.
Treatment times for late arrivals will be reduced accordingly without reimbursement for the reduced treatment.
Our prices are subject to change. Please note that if you are using a Gift Certificate that has expired, you will be charged at our current prices at the time of making your booking.
Please be aware that the spa is for guests aged 16 and over.
The Brightlife complex is strictly non-smoking aside from the designated smoking are located at the Main House. This includes the use of e-cigarettes.
We politely request mobile phones be switched to silent in all spa areas.
Upon arrival you will be provided with a fresh robe, slippers and towel.
All guests should bring swimwear. A change of swimwear is recommended, in particular if you are on a full day spa and wish to have lunch in dry swimwear under your robe.
We recommend you bring your favourite magazines and a good book to read. Complimentary mineral water and herbal fruit teas are available for you to enjoy during your visit.
The entirety of the Brightlife complex, inclusive of outside areas, operates a strict NO SMOKING/VAPING policy with the exception of the designated smoking area situated outside the conservatory where a wall mounted cigarette bin is provided.
Please note our Main House is a licenced premises so any alcoholic beverages consumed in our Main house must be purchased from Brightlife.
The consumption of your own alcohol is not permitted in our Main House.
The Spa is not licenced and guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages which can only be consumed in our Spa building and adjoining sun terrace. Alcoholic beverages should not be consumed outside of these areas.
