About the Event
This full day of Pilates and Mindful Movement has been designed to not only educate you about Pilates, the role fascia plays within the body and self-care techniques, it will also leave you feeling worked, released, nicely stretched, yet relaxed all at the same time!
We will ease into the morning with some basic Pilates principals and we will work during the morning using a range of small Pilates props.
After lunch we will work on some relaxation and mindful movement techniques, finishing with release work so you can float home feeling truly rejuvenated.
