Aching Feet, Legs Hands & Arms Relief
During pregnancy your circulation is working twice as hard, so leg cramps, oedema (swelling in the ankles and hands) can be common symptoms. Massage can be very beneficial to boost circulation and encouraging lymph to move around the body, helping to remove toxins and reduce swelling. A reviving and refreshing peppermint soak is used to soothe aching feet and hands. An invigorating scrub is then applied to help freshen the appearance of the skin. This treatment finishes with a relaxing massage to the legs, feet, hands and arms – helping to ease tightness and puffiness and aid the release of water retention.
