A two day workshop exploring in a practical, fun and interesting way how Hypnosis can be used within spiritual learning and leading up to a past life regression. We will explore meditation/self-hypnosis, automatic handwriting, communicating with spirit and past life regression. You will come away with the resources to enhance your life in your everyday practical side and also when you communicate with spirit. This all helps you to feel more confident in just about any situation you come across.

Anne Wright DHyp.BSCH(Assoc)GHR(reg)GQHP Spiritual Medium, Healer, Teacher and Hypnotherapist. Anne was born with a beautiful gift of being able to see, hear and communicate with spirit. Anne runs her own centre “Harrison’s Academy” Spiritual Light Centre in West Sussex bringing like-minded people together for evenings of clairvoyance, meditation and learning. Paranormal retreats and investigations are also organised by Anne to help her students to test themselves with their abilities.
