Join Ricki and help keep up the New Year's resolution of looking great and feeling better about your body or simply getting even fitter!

A weekend of outdoor fun exercise, games, teambuilding, 80's music and 14 years experience of keeping sailors and lady sailors (wrens!) from the Royal Navy in good shape!

Ricki joined the Senior Service and travelled the world tracking submarines and then ensuring men and woman in the Royal Navy were fit for battle on board warships across the globe. He now works at a College which shapes and changes young peoples' careers and helps them overcome shyness and fears about not making it in the big world. This includes working on their focus and building confidence by gradually improving fitness, health and their people skills for life outside and within the Armed Forces.

Ricki holds many fitness records including winner of one of the hardest races in the world, Gibraltar Uphill Rock Race (21 mins 5 secs) as well as completing the Dubai Marathon. His qualifications are: Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) Level 3 Advanced Instructor, C.H.E.K Institute (California) (Corrective Higher Performance Exercise Kinesiology) C.H.E.K Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach level 2, C.H.E.K exercise coach scientific back training, Scientifics Core Conditioning (Core Stability), N.A.A.B.A Weight Training Instructor and Spinning ( Cycle Instructor).
