Learn in a relaxed and friendly environment the methods used by the ancient Chinese for balancing mind, body and shen (spirit). Qi Gong is a complete system of gentle exercises and breathing techniques used for thousands of years to achieve health, vitality and combat negative stress.


This course covers history, health benefits and theory, warm up and cool down, Qi Gong set of exercises, meditation and breathwork and healing techniques.

Students completing both weekends will receive a recognised Qi Gong Certificate enabling them to teach medical Qi Gong classes and sessions.

Qi Gong Teacher Training - Certified Instructor Course: Module 2 - July 30th - 1st August. This course follows on from Qi Gong Teacher Training - Certified Instructor Course: module 1. Students should have already completed module 1 and have been practising Qi Gong daily before progressing to module 2.

Syllabus covers history, health benefits and theory, warm up and cool down, Qi Gong set of exercises, meditation and breathwork, healing techniques, lesson preparation and planning, assessment.

Glen Pelham-Mather (D.Ac) - Master Instructor of Tai Chi Chuan - British Open Tai Chi Champion (1996, 1997 ,1998, 1999). Glen has almost 30 years experience and teaches authentic Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan Slow Form, Push Hands, San Shou, Fast Tai Chi, Traditional weapons, Martial Applications and Chinese Full Contact Boxing. Glen is a third generation Disciple and Master Instructor of Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan.

Apart from his extensive training in Tai Chi Chuan, Qi Gong and Five Ancestors Chinese Boxing, Glen has also studied with renowned teachers in Karate, Judo, Kung Fu, Wing Chung, Western Boxing, Ba Gua, Hsing-Yi, Chinese Boxing, Praying Mantis Kung Fu and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Glen currently teaches courses across Europe and India, sharing his invaluable expertise in the Martial aspects of Tai Chi coupled with awareness of the art for health, relaxation, stress reduction and general well-being.
