Join Jeremy and paint the spectacular Autumn colours amid the tranquility of the beautiful surroundings. Working outdoors in the vicinity of the Brightlife Centre, if weather permits, students will learn Watercolour painting techniques and helpful hints.
Students will be guided through the process of creating beautiful works of art by Jeremy's inspirational teaching and his easy and gentle manner. This course is for mixed levels of Watercolour painting ability so experience is not essential. If weather is wet, the course will be studio-based working from Jeremy's painting demonstrations and photographs.
Jeremy Ford lives in West Yorkshire , and is a versatile Artist working in all painting and drawing mediums. He studied at Southport College of Art (1972-5) and Illustration at Harrow College of Art, London (1975-8) and has been a professional Artist and Illustrator since then, illustrating a wide variety of books, magazines, advertising commissions, and greeting cards.
Jeremy demonstrates painting at many popular art events throughout the U.K. and undertakes work to commission. He regularly features on the Painting and Drawing Channel, Sky 166. Jeremy teaches art courses in the United Kingdom and abroad, and with twenty-five years of teaching experience he is well qualified to help you to learn and enjoy painting in a friendly informal atmosphere. He is a Past President of the S.A.A. (Society for All Artists.)
