The workshop will cover relaxation, breathing & voice projection, Actor training games and exercises to boost creativity & confidence Energy, presence and positive body language and Stage Fright. How to reduce anxiety, why less is more and how the techniques can be applied to achieve your goals.

The workshop will be supportive, lively, practical and fun. There will be plenty of time for individual attention and care will be taken to structure the two days to meet your needs. You will gain personal insights, acquire new skills, make new friends and laugh with joy.

Louise Beckett has a Master of Arts in Actor Training & Coaching from the Central School of Speech and Drama, University of London and more than 15 years experience in the corporate sector as a specialist in impression management and presentation skills coaching.

 

With an holistic approach to coaching, Louise's client list is diverse and includes FTSE top 200 CEOs, their colleagues, senior civil servants, trade union leaders, doctors, lawyers and individuals who want to know how to present themselves and what they do in an engaging, clear and influential way. She has designed and delivered bespoke coaching programmes for managers at companies and organizations that include AXA, BBC, EasyJet, Gillette, the Home Office and NFU Mutual.

In 2000, Louise directed 80 teenagers from the Isle of Man in a multi media dramatic presentation of the ''IOM Story'' at the Millennium Dome in London. Rehearsals and the final production were broadcast on TV. Louise also works with professional actors, teaches regularly at the Arts Ed School of Acting in London and is a visiting lecturer at the Central School of Speech and Drama.
